PictureKeisha Williams

Keisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience working with individuals and families in mental health settings. Keisha has a passion for working with children and family as well as individuals struggling with trauma. Throughout her career, she has assisted individuals living in restrictive placements, under mandated court orders, with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and LGBTQ+ runaway and homeless youth. She assists people struggling with a range of different challenges including trauma, grief, anger management, depression, anxiety, coping with a new mental health diagnosis, sexuality and coming-out, gender questions, and self-esteem/body image issues.

Keisha's style is collaborative: her working motto incorporates the belief that you are the expert of your life, and with support and guidance you can discover how to live your best life. Her approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic techniques, individually designed to highlight your needs.
