Self Empowerment and Mindfulness

Mindfulness creates a different level of intimacy with our loved ones. We learn how to live mindfully – from moment to moment, being “in” the moment. When we're mindful and present, we feel happy, self-validated, recognized, and close to our loved one. Through mindfulness, we can identify how our emotional histories play out in our current relationships. Mindfulness creates an experience of feeling much less burdened, as there is no need to maintain the dysfunctional past or worry about the uncertain future.
